Mendel BREIDENBACH (born c. 1765), son of Marx and Madel from Birkenau, married Hanne KAUFMANN, daughter of Feitel Lazarus and Zerle, and resided in Rimbach. They had at least three children: Mortchen (1800), Lazarus (1802), and Ester. After Hanne died in 1806, Mendel married Gitel and had at least two more children: Madel (1809) and Jette (1811). Gitel died in 1837 followed by Mendel in 1846.

Mortchen BREIDENBACH married Nandel, daughter of Sändel, in Rimbach in 1825 and had three children: Sentel (1825), Feidel (1827), and Hanna (1829). After Mortchen died in Rimbach in 1830, Nandel married Heyum OPPENHEIMER in 1833.

Sentel "Alexander" BREIDENBACH married Regina GOLDSTUCKER from Neckarsteinach and had chldren: Hannchen (1857) and Mortchen (1859). One year after Regina died in 1859, Sentel married his first cousin, Amalia EMRICH from Hemsbach, daughter of Moises and Esther nee BREIDENBACH (see below). They had children: Nanna (1861), Emilie (1863), Johanette (1865), Berta (1865), Marx (1866), Sophie (1868), Mina (1870), Justina (1873), Moritz (1875), and Ida (1875). After Sentel died in 1888, Amalia and several of her children immigrated to the United States.

Nanna BREIDENBACH married Emil SCHLESINGER in Chicago in 1904 and died in Cleveland in 1933.
Marx "Max" BREIDENBACH immigrated to the United States in 1882, remained single, and died in Cleveland in 1927.
Mina "Minnie" BREIDENBACH married Gustav WOHLGEMUTH, son of Moses and Julia nee HIRSCH, in Cleveland in 1906. Gustav had a son, Milton (1893), from a previous marriage. Minnie died in Cleveland in 1928.
Justina BREIDENBACH married Frederick GOLDSMITH in Cleveland in 1894 and had a daughter, Blanche (1895).
Moritz "Morris" BREIDENBACH remained single and died in Cleveland in 1937.
Ida BREIDENBACH married Abraham HERZBERG from Franklin, Pennsylvania, son of Aaron and Yetta nee MARKS, in Cleveland in 1900.

Lazarus BREIDENBACH married Fradchen OPPENHEIMER in 1832. They had three children: Hanna (1834), Isaak (1836), and Mortchen (1838). After Fradchen died in 1838, Lazarus married Babette SCHRIESHEIMER, daughter of Herz from Leutershausen, in Rimbach in 1839. Their six children were: Herz (1840), Feidel (1842), Sarchen (1845), Mendel (1848), Elisabeth (1850), and Lazarus (1854).

Isaak BREIDENBACH married Jette KEIFER from Hänlein in 1866 but they had no recorded children.
Herz "Naphtali" BREIDENBACH married Mina OPPENHEIMER from Rimbach in 1864 and had children: Simon (1865), Helma (1869), Leo (1871), Johanna (1876), Luise (1878), and Frieda (1880). Herz died in 1900.
Feidel "Ferdinand" BREIDENBACH married Sophie ROTHSCHILD, daughter of Moses and Maria from Weingarten, in 1870 and had children: Emanuel (1871), Gustav (1872), Schöne (1874), Lina (1876), Thekla (1878), Ludwig (1880), Adolph (1883), Maria (1886), and Max (1895). He immigrated to the United States and died in New York in 1911.

Schöne BREIDENBACH was married and took the name Jennie HARRIS.
Lina BREIDENBACH married Arthur Aaron.
Adolph BREIDENBACH married Fannie POLATSCHEK. Both Adolph and Lina immigrated to the United States and died in New York.

Mendel BREIDENBACH married Sophie LEDERMANN from Hoffenheim/Baden in 1877 and had two children, Louis (1878) and Emil (1881). After Sophie died in 1885, Mendel married Lina STRAßBERGER from Leutershausen in 1886. Their six children were: Siegmund (1887), Johanna (1889), Meta (1890), Jonas (1892), Selma (1894), and Paula (1897). Mendel died in Rimbach in 1917.

Louis BREIDENBACH died in the Holocaust.
Emil BREIDENBACH died in the Holocaust.
Siegmund BREIDENBACH died in the Holocaust.
Jonas BREIDENBACH, known also as Julius, married Erna GRUNEBAUM from Neukirchen. They later immigrated to the United States where they both died in 1984.
Selma BREIDENBACH married a man with surname SCHEUING and died in the Holocaust.

Lazarus BREIDENBACH married Adelheid Löb from Griesheim and had eleven children: Ludwig (1882), Selma (1884), Lina (1886), Moritz (1888), Karola (1890), Johanna (1891), Klothilde (1893), Hermann (1895), Max (1896), Berta (1897), and Hugo (1902).

Hermann BREIDENBACH was one of three Rimbach Jews to fight in World War I.

Esther BREIDENBACH married Moises EMRICH of Hemsbach, son of Feiss and Braünle nee SCHRIESHEIM, and had children: stillborns in 1821, 1822, and 1823, Braünle (1825), Hannah (1828), Feiss (1830), Amalia (1833), and Moses (1836).
Madel BREIDENBACH married Acher DEMUTH, widow of Madel's sister Jette, in Rimbach in 1843.
Jette BREIDENBACH married Ascher DEMUTH. After Jette died in Rimbach in 1843, her sister Madel married Ascher later that year.
