ROSENSTOCK

Ire/Jura ROSENSTOCK (1827), son of Moses Leib and Golda of Korolówka, married Chana Dwojre, lived in Budzanów, and had children: Szeindel (1861, h. 177), Markus (1863 h. 177), Ette (1865 h. 613), Henia, Sluwa, and Jacob. He died in Budzanów in 1897 (h. 345).

Henie ROSENSTOCK married Srul SCHECHTER, lived in Trembowla, and had children: Jozef (1881), Berl and Szmil Moses (twins, 1886).
Ette/Itta ROSENSTOCK married Wolf NUSIMOWICZ, son of Chaim and Fradla, lived in Budzanow and Czortkow, and had children: Simon Ber (1889), Israel Lejb (1890), Leizor (1893), Szyfra (1894), Aron (1897), stillborn (1906), and Mendel Ire (1907).
Sluwa ROSENSTOCK married Sender ASZENDORF, lived in Mielnica, and had children: Moses Leib (1895), Jura Aron (1898), Sucher (1900), Isaak (1902), Beila Riwka (1904), Munisch (1906), and Srul Leib (1909).
Jacob ROSENSTOCK married Ester Rose BRUKNER, daughter of Dawid and Elka, in 1904, lived in Filipkowce near Mielnica, and had children: Mariem (1882), Mordko (1884), Moses Leib (1888), Goldy (1888), Elka (1893),and Simche Wolf (1896).

Moses Leib ROSENSTOCK died as an infant in Filipkowce in 1888.
Goldy ROSENSTOCK died as an infant in Filipkowce in 1888.
Simche Wolf ROSENSTOCK died as an infant in Filipkowce in 1897.

Abraham ROSENSTOCK married Henia, lived in Budzanów, and had children: Wolf (1815) and Rifka (1829 h. 172).
Wolf ROSENSTOCK died in Budzanów in 1883.

Izak ROSENSTOCK married Chana Dwore, lived in Budzanów, and had children: Gitil (1856 h. 119).

Eisik "Ignatz" ROSENSTOCK married Chana Rosie, lived in Budzanów, and had children: Szeindla (1856 h. 172), Moritz (1858 h. 475), Adelheit (1863 h. 475), Fiktoria (1864 h. 475), and Michael (1867 h. 475).

Chaskiel Izak ROSENSTOCK (1830), son of Mordko and Lyba from Korolówka, died in Kołomya in 1900.

Ire Hersch ROSENSTOCK married Sosie and had children in Zaleszczyki: Moses Leib (1859), Abraham Chaim (1872).

Moses Leib "Moritz" ROSENSTOCK married Golda ROSENRAUCH, daughter of Mordko and Dwore nee KESSLER, in Kamionka Małe in 1893 and had children: Rubin (1896).
Abraham Chaim ROSENSTOCK married Dwojre Scheindel WEISBRAUN frm Daszawie, daughter of Jakob and Chana nee WEBBER, in Stryj in 1904 and had children: Luiza (1904).

Abraham Ire/Jura ROSENSTOCK (1828), Schächter (mohel) in Uście Biskupie, married Sosie and had children: Moses (1866). Abraham Jura died as a widow in Uście Biskupie in 1904.

Research Notes

1. This family may have its origins in Korolówka near Zaleszczyki. The following ROSENSTOCK's are included in an 1826 list of residents of there (house numbers in parenthesis): Mortko (7), Mendel (15), Haskel (29), Ester (39), Elo (54), Berl (247).

2. There are two Rosenstock individuals recorded as being born in Lisowce near Tłuste, who have not yet been confidently connected to any of the families above:

Malka ROSENSTOCK, born 1855 in Lisowce to Ire and Hudie (according to her 1916 Gwoździec marriage record), married Moses DIENER, son of Wolf and Reise, in Gwoździec in 1916 (religious marriage earlier) and had at least four children born in Lisowce near Tłuste, Galicia, Austrian Empire: Wolf (1875), Mordko (1882), Ruchla (1884), and Israel (1888). Malka probably died soon after her civil marriage to Moses, after which he migrated to Wien.
Mozes David BUCK/ROSENSTOCK, born 1876 in Lisowce to Chana Etta ROSENSTOCK and unknown father, married to Lea Blime BUCHHALTER from Stanisławów, daughter of Aba Hersh and Sura Reisla nee SEINFELD, in Stanisławów in 1912.
